What grills do EliteShield covers fit?

The covers are sized by length and fit most standard gas and charcoal grills from the major brands, including Weber®, Char-Broil®, KitchenAid®, Nexgrill®, and Brinkmann®.

The HD Polyester cover fits grills up to 65" long and the 600D Ripstop cover fits up to 72" — measure your grill end to end to choose.

How do I measure my grill for the right cover?

Measure the total length of your grill from end to end, including side shelves and handles, since those set the widest point. Then choose the cover whose maximum length meets or just exceeds your measurement so it slips on easily and reaches down the sides.

If you're between the two sizes, go with the 72" cover.

Are the grill covers waterproof?

Both covers are made of heavy-duty polyester with a water-resistant coating that protects against sun, rain, dirt, and pollutants. The premium 72" cover uses tougher 600D Ripstop fabric for the most durable all-weather protection.

The front mesh vent is intentional — it lets the cover breathe so moisture doesn't get trapped against the grill.

Will the cover blow off in the wind?

No — both covers have closure strips at both ends that fasten the cover snugly to the grill so it won't slip down or blow off. Make sure both strips are secured after covering for the best hold in gusty conditions.

How do I clean the cover?

Hose it off or wipe it down with mild soap and water, then let it air dry before putting it back on or storing it. Avoid harsh chemicals, which can strip the water-resistant coating.
